well, i have a female dragonite at lv 90 ( straight bragging), but ther are some good nicknames i think are cool. the first is "Saphira" , which i got form the book Eragon, and "Dragonette". It may sound a little weird, but if you have a female dragonite, a girl's name should be fine.
