Fly, Heat Wave, Earthquake, and Dragon Claw.
No Way His moves aren't as good as mine The Best moves are Fly,Fire Blast,Heat Wave and Aerial Ace. Thank You
the best move set for charizard is:
dragon claw
Flamethrower
Fly
Flare Blitz
You may choose whatever as long as it also knows blast burn!
1. It is POINTLESS to have two attack moves of the same type on any given pokemon, so when that guy said "No Way His moves aren't as good as mine The Best moves are..." he was dead wrong.
2. My moves are this (probably not the best but it gets the job done) Flamethrower, slash (should probably replace with dragon claw), wing attack (could switch for aerial ace or fly), and earthquake
The last move, in fire red, that Charizard learns is Fire Spin. That is at Level 55.
Charizard cannot legally learn this move (via level up, TM/HM, or breeding) in the game. Only through the use of a cheat-device can Charizard learn this move.
You can't. The only move tutor who teaches Seismic Toss is in FireRed and LeafGreen. Unless you had it there, then migrated it all the way up, your charizard can't learn it. But it shouldn't learn it, Charizard has better moves like Air Slash and Flamethrower. Teach it those. Not having Seismic Toss is not a loss to Charizard. Charizard is actually not that good with his Stealth Rock weakness though.

Charizard learns Heat Wave at start in Pokemon FireRed. In Generation IV, Charizard learns it at level 59. In Platinum, HeartGold and SoulSilver, Charizard can also learn Heat Wave by move tutor.
Charizard learns a rather disappointing move called Fire Spin as its last move. It learns this move at level 64
Charizard can only learn Blast Burn from Move Tutors.
The last move, in fire red, that Charizard learns is Fire Spin. That is at Level 55.
Charizard cannot legally learn this move (via level up, TM/HM, or breeding) in the game. Only through the use of a cheat-device can Charizard learn this move.
Charizard learns new moves after lvl 68.
The easiest way is to use a good rock type move like Rock Slide or use a good water type move like Surf.
It depends what version of Pokemon you are playing. Diamond and Pearl: After level 36 Charizard will learn the move Flamethrower at level 42. Gold, Silver and Crystal versions: After level 36 Charizard will learn the move Slash at level 44.

charizard cannot learn fire blast by level up, you must use TM to make charizard learn that move
charizard felt ash wasn't a good enough trainer to use him
Flamethrower Earthquake Aerial Ace/Brick Break/Rock Slide/Dragon Claw/Outrage Due to Charizard's high Sp.Atk and Spd, Flamethrower would be a necessary STAB OHKO or two-hit KO move. Earthquake covers Charizard's weakness against Rock and Electric, though Charizard may need more than that, because Charizard has average Atk; a foe Golem may survive Charizard's Earthquake then counter with Rock Blast, enough to KO Charizard in one turn. Aerial Ace is a good STAB move for foes that use Double Team; such defensive foes occur slightly often in any facility of the Battle Frontier, although Charizard has many other moves to choose from.
You can't evolve Charizard, because it's the last form of Charmander. Charmander (lvl16) -> Charmeleon (lvl36) -> Charizard. Good Luck!
