It just does not play.
Now if you put a PS3 game in a Xbox 360 the console discovers it's shortcoming and becomes depressed. Not Really neither system will suffer and just say the disc can not be read, like if you put a blank DVD in the console
Sometimes the eject will not work correctly and you might have to turn it off or unplug it to reset the eject system
