My friend says that a Chinese ditto can breed legendary Pokemon and get shiny legendary Pokemon. Do you think it's true?
No. You're friends just messin' with you. A Chinese Ditto would just be really cool to own because it's a foreign Pokemon, but no. It is literally impossible to breed legendary Pokemon, except for Manaphy to get Phione, and the chances of breeding a shiny Pokemon with a Chinese Ditto are the same as if you bred with a regular Ditto, the odds of which are 1/8192.
