Monster cards do not have life points and there is no concept of 'damaging' a monster card except for battle. In battle a monster either dies or it does not, there is no accumulating damage such as in Magic the Gathering. A monster can fight off an infinite amount of monsters that are weaker than it, but is destroyed if it battles with one of equal or greater power.
Assuming the defending monster is also in attack position, both monsters will be destroyed.
Ygi god CardsWinged Dragon of Ra, Slifer the Sky Dragon and Obelisk the Tormentor, There is also a possible way of fusing all 3 cards to create a sort of Almighty god card ( Yugi did this in an episode against Marik..) Also, in Yu-Gi-Oh! the movie, Yugi did a combination attack with the 3 God cards to defeat Anubis, the Egyptian Lord of the dead(Titan Firestorm). My answer: The god cards are a set of extremely powerful monster cards, each requiring 3 sacrifices and each holding extremely good effects. All three share "This card is unaffected by all monster, magic and trap card effects" (Except for cards that don't specifically target them and cards like monster reborn, but magic cards only work on them for one turn."They aren't allowed in tournaments due to their immense power, but in private duels they can be fun. The cards themselves don't have the effect written on them, so it's a good idea to google the effects and make sure you've got it right, but a lot of sites have them completely wrong.
Dark Magician of Chaos and Magician of Faith both had this power, but they are currently both Banned. The only legal card I can think of off the top of my head would be Magical Stone Excavation. Also Z-One
It's a Synchro monster, just Synchro Summon it as per the usual Synchro Summon rules (send 1 tuner and 1 or more non-tuners from your side of the field to the graveyard, with combined levels equal to the Power Tool Dragon).
In game terms, a "Morphtronic Monster" is a monster with the word "Morphtronic" in the name. Power Tool Dragon does not have Morphtronic in the name, so cards that work specifically on Morphtronic Monsters (such as Morphtronic Radion) do not work on Power Tool Dragon.

I would then suggest a normal monster strike deck. This deck uses normal moster and equip spell cards with other spell and trap cards to boost your monster strength. It has cards like "Sword of the Soul-Eater", "Sogen", and "Collected Power".
Blue Eys White Dragon ATK 3000 DEF 2500
I think it will be the Majestic Star Dragon and Earthbound Immortal Wiraqocha Raschqa tins.

Dragon-Type cards often focus on brute strength and "beatdown" strategies. Their ATK strength and effects are often made to overwhelm your opponent with power thus winning the Duel. To find a list of Dragon-Type focused Decks, click on the "Related Link" below.
No they are Stardust Dragon, Red Dragon Archfeind ,Black Rose Dragon, Ancient Fairy Dragon ,and Black-winged dragon* *Black-winged dragon becomes one after crow becomes a Singer. * Later Leo becomes a signer and Power Tool Dragon transforms to Life Stream Dragon making it six dragons
no it is obvious , it cant even be activated in their attacks as they have an enourmous power in their attack and you cant imagine the damage they could do so the tornado wall can t reduce that damage especially the winged dragon of ra as it is the most powerful monster in yugioh
Power Tool Dragon is not an available card or opponent in Yu-Gi-Oh! 5D's Stardust Accelerator: World Championship 2009.
