Dark Magician of Chaos and Magician of Faith both had this power, but they are currently both Banned. The only legal card I can think of off the top of my head would be Magical Stone Excavation.

How many life points do monster cards get in yugioh?
Monster cards do not have life points and there is no concept of 'damaging' a monster card except for battle. What type of cards does Yu-Gi-Oh has?
Monster cards: These cards are mainly colored yellow (or somewhat dirty yellow for me) for normal Monsters, Blue for Ritual Monsters and Violet for Fusion monsters.
