It's a whole page about dealing with the red ring, but also has a nice breakdown of what each quadrent represents.
"Each division turning red indicates a separate problem, all with a different way of resolving the issue...
If all of the lights but the first section are flashing, this means a general hardware failure has occurred. There is little to be done other than trying to unhook and reattach your cables. This problem is a sure sign a visit to the repair center is in your console's future. If the problem is indicated in the second quadrant of the system, it is merely overheating. As too many hours of GRAW will do that to a unit, the proposed cure here is to unplug the unit from the power supply, let it sit to cool down, and perhaps begin scouting for a better location to store your precious investment.
A problem indicated in the third quadrant of the Xbox 360 ring of light is diagnosed as a hardware failure. Once again, try re-inserting all of your cords and cables, but this problem should definitely be dealt with by the repair center. If all four lights are flashing on the front of your console, this is perhaps the easiest problem to fix. This is an issue with the AV cable not being properly inserted into the back of the console. The cure? Just make sure the cord "clicks" once it has been inserted into the unit. If that doesn't work, of course call the repair center, but the four lights are the easiest of the problems to rectify."
Best of luck!
it depends which light it is. top right? bottom left? it matters. usually, just a loose lead in the back of the xbox - check that the power and video cables are in nice and snug
Turning Xbox 360 OffTo turn off an Xbox 360 off hit the power button or if you have a controller scroll right and at the bottom it should say 'turn of Xbox 360'
On the bottom on your Xbox, there should be a little door/panel that lifts right off. When you get this part off, you will see a little ribbon which you pull to remove the hard drive.
If you mean different varitions of the Xbox... just Xbox, Xbox 360 and Xbox One. If you mean how many there are circulating, it is unknown
On the older Xbox 360's, at the top. The Xbox 360 S, the hard drive is located at the bottom of the Xbox.
rs on the xbox remote is the bottom circle on the right of the remote

cuz they suck
press x [xbox] and look at the bottom right corner
On the front of the Xbox at the bottom.
on an xbox 360 use the bottom right analog stick and move it left or right. (same thing with a ps3 i guess)
I presume you mean "Black" and white buttons from the first xbox... If so then Right and Left bumpers are used on a 360 controller
Hardware failure. It's highly advisable that you get your 360 repaired if its still under warranty. Microsoft will repair it for free. Sadly this is a common problem of the 360 and over 50% of the owners of the consoles experience some sort of hardware failure.
you hit the right analog stick prior to where you are on the ground (if your heads to the left, you double flick right) and the same for the opposite
The red ring means your Xbox has encountered an error or it has been hacked.
