it depends which light it is. top right? bottom left? it matters. usually, just a loose lead in the back of the xbox - check that the power and video cables are in nice and snug

1 light is not so bad just unplug everything from it and everything else from outlits and tv then take out the harddrive clean xbox with air dust can and whipes and put it all back together should work just fine by now good job.
