The "red star" on the side of the Pokemon's pic on the summery shows that the Pokemon is a Shiny Pokemon (a Pokemon in a different color then its supposed to be eg. a green Espeon). When a Pokemon has POKERUS you can tell either by going to heal your Pokemon at the Pokemon center or a mark above the Pokemon's summary pic. (the mark will be purple with white letters on it, PKRS).
PokeRusIt is possible for a Pokemon to have both the shiny and PokeRus condition as you will notice the red star mark is just above the place where you will see the PokeRus sign. The PokeRus sign, besides "the mark will be purple with white letters on it, PKRS", is also a face (like an emotion), seen just below the red star on the Pokemon's Summary screen. It means that that certain Pokemon had pokerus and is no longer able to get pokerus again
The Pokemon had the pokerus virus and recovered from it.
It means your Pokemon had pokerus and was cured.
On the pokemon's info screen? That means that your pokemon has recovered from Pokerus. All it means is that the pokemon will now gather EVs at twice the usual rate.
Pkrs is the in-game abbreviation of PokeRus (taken from Pokemon and virus). The word simply means that it is a virus that affects only Pokemon in the game. Pokemon with PokeRus, as said above, develop their stats better than normal Pokemon, so the virus is completely beneficial. Be aware, though, that PokeRus will fade away if you keep your infected Pokemon in your party over 24 hours. To keep the PokeRus condition, repeditively store your Pokemon in the PC overnight. You will know if your Pokemon has become immune to PokeRus as it has a dot (.) where the face used to be (signifying it had the condition, as well as the 'pkrs' word under 'status').PokeRus is contracted through in-game play; battling wild Pokemon. Just like the shiny condition, Pokemon may have the PokeRus condition (but both are extremely rare). If you battle a wild Pokemon which has PokeRus, your fighting Pokemon will contract it and you will then have a method of transferring the virus to your other Pokemon. To transfer the virus to other Pokemon, simply have the desired Pokemon in your party and battle with the infected Pokemon. Very soon it will catch on. Note: Immune Pokemon (who have had and passed the virus) cannot get re-infected.Of course, you can always migrate or trade for a Pokemon that has PokeRus. It is not very particular, so you really can trade for any Pokemon. This is probably the best option as the virus is very rare and the chances of contracting it are very low. Having said that, persistance is the key to most things in Pokemon games, so you never can tell.Read more: What_does_PKRS_mean_in_Pokemon_Diamond_and_Pearl_and_how_do_you_get_it

Pokerus is a Pokemon sickness that will give your Pokemon more power by doubling the EVs you get from battle. It also spreads to the Pokemon on either side of the infected one after battles. If you mean giving them rare candies will give them Pokerus, no, but if you're asking can you give Pokemon rare candies while they have pokerus, then yes.
It means your Pokemon had pokerus and was cured.
If you mean pokerus (what your Pokemon get) it goes away after a while but i hear its helpful when the Pokemon levels up but after it goes away they cant get it anymore
It means your Pokemon has had pokerus, a very rare but beneficial disease.
PKRS means Pokerus. It is a virus in your pokemon that cannot be removed. It is a very good thing to have, because it enables your pokemon to level up faster.
Check for sure if your Luxray has PokeRus by checking its status screen. If it has a face (like an emoticon) near its picture and the word 'Pkrs' under 'status', then it has PokeRus. Of course, your Luxray may have just gotten lucky in gaining 5 attack points. Many Pokemon from time to time gain such an ammount of points here and there. It is only when they occur at every level that your Pokemon should have PokeRus. You will not lose PokeRus if you turn your DS off...unless you didn't save the game. The act of turning the DS off will not destroy the virus, but if you leave Luxray out in the party, it will lose the virus in 24 hours. If you wish to keep PokeRus, store the infected Pokemon in your PC. Only when you take it out and not put it back in the PC, does your Pokemon become immune to PokeRus. Also, keeping your Pokemon in the PC does not mean that it will infect every Pokemon in there. The PC is a form of containing the virus. Besides, PokeRus only spreads to Pokemon in the party because the infected Pokemon is taken out to battle.
my dratini has it, do you mean you want one or you have on and want to trade it?
