I don't think anyone knows why Paul is mean on Pokemon, he looks intimidating, but you cant judge a person by their looks and emotions... anyway Paul is just like that probably in one of the episodes it may reveal the answer that we all want to know about.
In my opinion, it would probably have to be Mewtwo. I mean there might be harder things out there, but Mewtwo was the biggest challenge I had ever faced in Soul Silver. (NOTE: HEART GOLD AND SOUL SILVER IS BASICALLY THE SAME THINGS. THE ONLY DIFFERENCES ARE NAMES OF THE GAMES AND VERSION EXCLUSIVE POKEMON.)
yall need to get answers that nobody would think of like my question what does reasserted mean i can prabably find out in the book but incase your on the computer like i am you need to have it its important in life to have questions but if nobody can find those answers than we people of the world are scrooed love sylena brown
No, playing video games does not rot your brain. In fact, it helps your brain. Your reflexes become sharper and you can think faster than people who don't play them. You can really tell a difference. I'm not sure about tv though. If you mean a video game, no, but if you mean watching sitcoms and movies and tv shows, I'm not to sure. But in my opinion, you learn a lot about the world from tv. Yeah, they exaggerate stuff, but a lot of that can be applied to real life. Make sure you do these activities in moderation though. Too much of a good thing can be bad.
Feux mean Fire and le mean the. The Fire
"Precedent" means "that which comes before". In making an interpretation of the law, judges will examine the decisions of judges who decided similar cases. If the case is sufficiently similar (the legal term for this is "on point"), the judge will adopt the reasoning of the earlier judge. This is called following a precedent.

What do you mean by the word "opinion?" If you mean the judges final judgment - it means that the judge has ruled in the case and his decision become final the moment he signed it.
Insufficient information is given in the question to form an opinion.

The way the question is asked: USING judicial precedent, means that the judge is following the lead of a decision in a similar case that has already been decided upon and he is ruling the same way using the other case as a guideline. If the questioner meant to ask what does SETTING judicial precedent mean. . . that means that the judge was rendering a decision in a case of a type that had never been tried, or ruled upon, in the past, and that his verdict would set the 'precedent' by which all future cases might be judged. Judges, by the way, do NOT necessarily have to follow precedent in making rulings.
this is not absolutely binding on a court but may be applied for instance if there is a case with no binding authority if the judge believes they have applied the correct legal principle and reasoning.
from my opinion i think it is because she is a devil worshiper and therefore she does'nt care [maybe, i don't mean to judge her]
arrive
"Je suis arrivé" in French translates to "I have arrived" in English.
Arriver: to arrive. It's a regular -er verb.
They either mean 'did she arrive at this destination' or they mean 'did she have an orgasm.'
