you go underground and greet 32 people.if you press A on the hallowed tower and it says"its the hallowed tower.it appears to have been built many years ago",then I cannot help you with that.

Hallowed Tower is a small rock(looks like a well) that is located south of Solaceon Town(route 209) and it is where you put the Odd Keystone. If you talk to 32 people in the underground(NPCs don't count) and talk to the tower again you may catch Spiritomb at lv. 25. You must know that there are more than one Odd Keystones in the game. Haven't tried myself but I believe you may use it again on the tower. P.S.: The Odd Keystone is in route 208, an NPC gives it to you.

ANSWER NO 2 and you should read this one on the bottom cause it shorter but with a bit more detail. you must get the odd keystone which can be in two different places, one you can obtain it in twinleaf town in the little pond you will find it on the left side or from a karate black belt then go to solaceon town put one of the odd keystones in the little lost tower at the bottom of solaceon town then go underground and greet 32 people and finnally you go back to the little lost tower and press A and you will battle SPIRITOMB! typhoon me in i went to the little pond and i found nothing typhoon me out if your extremely lucky you can dig and find keystones underground. yo typhoon me in guy the odd keystone is in the pond look for it on your right GET IT!!!

Click on the Hallowed Tower again and Spiritomb will say Yalooh again. Then he will fight you. Spiritomb is a level 25 and knows Ominous Wind, Dream Eater, Hypnosis and Faint Attack.
