Go west to Cianwood. Climb the lighthouse and talk to the lady by the sick ampharose. she will ask you to get medicine for it. Surf west to Olivine to get medicine from the herbal drug store. While there, fight the 6th gym, then return to the lighthouse and give ampharose the medicine. The woman there will thank you and return to the Cianwood Gym as the 7th leader.
