3. search for them (they run away)

1. migrate regi rock, regi ice, and regi steal

2.put them in your party

3. go to snowpoint temple

to get heatran

1. go to stark mountain (route 227)

2.defeat team galactic

3. go back for heatran

to get national dex

complete the sinnoh dex

to migrate

1.put ruby,emerald,sapphire,leaf green, or fire red in gameboy slot

2.select migrate on opening screen

3. choose 6 Pokemon from GBA game

4. start game and go into pal park
