If your talking about the hideout when they launch the submarine then you go to the deeP sea cavern and beat their leader and you can attempt to catch groundog(Idk how to spell it) then you go to the elite for and beat the elite four, this is when you pretty much beat the game, granted there are a few minor details I missed such as getting the last couple badges and such....... If your like me then you'll wanna catch all the rare and legendary pokemon as well which can make the game abit longer
