Then surf up and you should see this cave. Enter the cave and after you get through it, you'll see this building. That's the Sky Pillar. Go in and make sure you have a MACH BIKE.

i reallly don't know any easy way except the original way. that is go to the cave with the code [i don't know where that cave is] i know you need the HMS surf, dive and dig.then you go and catch them and sry i don't know where the regis are.Hope i helped a bit.hexo67:go to pacifidlog town and head far west and take a dive in the patch of deep water you will find a cave in which you must use dig and have a relicanth and a wailord and you will see three caves around the place you will find the regis in them.
