Sootopolis: You need dive to escape sootopolis. then... 1. Surf a little east. 3. Surf south until you cant Surf no more. 4. Turn west, and the rocks will naturally lead you west to Pacifidlog.
Mossdeep: 3. Surf south until you cant Surf no more. 4. Turn west, and the rocks will naturally lead you west to Pacifidlog.
