You cant stop burning rocktails even with cooking gauntlets. Usually you would stop burning fish when you reach twice the fishing level in the cooking skill.

After u reach firemaking 99 but u still might burn it....very very rare Firemaking has nothing to do with cooking/burning... The level you stop burning food in RuneScape depends on what kind of food. The higher the level req. to cook it, the higher you need to stop burning and vice versa. In fact some food can't be guarenteed to not burn! ~kIcKaBoUt LeAgUe

Get level 85 cooking and the anchovie pizzas will stop burning.

You stop burning Tuna at level 63 Cooking on a stove, and 64 cooking on a fire. With cooking gauntlets it might be lower, but im not sure exactly.
The higher your cooking level the better percentage of not burning anything you cook. However I am level 50 in cooking and haven't burned tuna in a very long time.
From Cooking Level 36 and on, burning trout becomes very rare. It stops being burnt at "level 50 cooking on a fire, level 49 cooking on a stove, or level 46 using the Lumbridge Castle's range or the Rogue's Den cooking fire"
You stop burning monkfish at approximitley level 90. That is a pretty hard level to get to just to stop burning but if your trying to get 99 i would cook monkfish. No cooking gauntlets will affect how you cook them sadly.
