What are the moves that chansey learn?

1. The best "nature" for Chansey is Calm.

- It gives a plus in Special defence which will even further boost it since it's base for it is second highest.

2. The best ability would be "Serene Grace."

- Best used with either Thunder wave or Toxic to double the chances of it hitting and canceling out any and all possible walls.

3. The best hold item would be either Focus sash or leftovers.

You'll want to use something like leftovers if using chansey with toxic (PP stalling technique) or focus sash to survive a KO move.

4. Best moveset: Depending on what your after, toxic stall? Stealth rock/spikes/roar combo?

Seismic Toss

- Great for it's base damage.

Counter/Thunder Wave/

- Perfect for taking a insane hit since used with Focus Sash.

- Stall move, combo with seismic toss

Softboiled or Recover

- Used as the healing move.

Aromatherapy

- Heals status changes for all party pokemon.

Either way you put it, Chansey can be a very nice wall. =D
