Well, personally, here are a few names that I would suggest:
For Groudon: Landslide, Earthbender, Megatron, (or for a little joke because of the fact that he is the heaviest pokemon) Weighter
Also for Kyogre: Triton, Aquarius, Posideon, Neptune, Orca, or Humpback
