The positive and negatives of Video Games is as follows:

Positives

1. Hand/Eye coordination

2. Believe it or not, you can learn a few things from video games. What I commonly learn is wise adages. That sounds corny, but I learn things like, "Impossible is a word that quitters use to make themselves feel better." -Skies of Arcadia.

3. They're just plain fun.

4. Gives you something to do when hosting parties.

Negatives

1. There is a common, yet annoying, stereotype that people who play video games are mindless, dorky freaks. Being a gamer, this I know for a fact is not true.

2. If you get too addicted, you could go to living in your basement/room where you only leave for school.

3. After constantly playing them, they can get really boring causing you to be waiting forever for then next game to come out.
