Try a mod. You could use InvEdit or SPC (Single Player Commands).
It does. It should work with a lot of other mods as well.
There is a version that makes spc works with smart movement mod. (See related link below for more information.)
It is not possible to actually make a mob spawner in any version of Minecraft. Mob spawners are only obtainable via in-game commands or if you use a mod of some sort.

Voxel Mod Pack commands can vary based on the specific mod and version being used within Minecraft. Common commands include /voxelmap to access features of the VoxelMap mod, /bukkit:tp for teleportation, and /weather to change weather conditions. Additionally, players can use commands like /sethome or /home for setting and returning to home points, depending on the installed mods. Always refer to the specific mod's documentation for the most accurate command list.
You get a mod, such a Single Player Commands.
Either it enhances the experience like the aether or mo'creatures mod,or cheats it like too many items mod and singleplayer commands.
RSPS isn't a company, RSPS stands for Runescape Private Servers which in return is a rip of RuneScape (Jagex Ltd.).

There is a server but its not fully made yet. (probably it did)
Apparently the mod room has no code. At least, that's what Hammy (a mod) said in CPYS. I tried commands like !modroom and !mod which got me no where... But good luck with trying to find it!
