Combo 1: Discharging Earthquake

Condition A

- Have a Rotom or Zapdos with Discharge.

Condition B

- Have a Ground-Type Pokemon with Earthquake. Dugtrio's a nice choice since it's very fast.

Here's how the combo works:

The combo is inconceivably simple, yet very effective. Have the Rotom or Zapdos launch Discharge and have the Ground-type launch Earthquake. The Rotom, with its Levitate, and the Zapdos being Flying-type, is immune to Earthquake, while the Ground-type Earthquaker is immune to the Rotom or Zapdos's Discharge, all the while, both Pokemon your opponent has eats both Discharge and Earthquake. Simple, yet effective, right?

Other Options

You can always have Magnezone, Probopass or Porygon-Z use Magnet Rise and then Discharge, while the Magnet Rise grants them Ground immunity. However, as many may guess, it does require a set up and may give your opponent an opening. That, and Probopass and Porygon-Z doesn't get STAB for Discharge.

Combo 2: Offensive Healing

Condition A

- Have a Lanturn with Volt Absorb.

- Make sure the Lanturn has Surf.

Condition B

- Have a Lapras with Water Absorb.

- Make sure the Lapras has Thunderbolt.

Here's how the combo works:

Another simple, yet useful strategy. With Lanturn's Surf, it's able to heal Lapras thanks to its Water Absorb while damaging both Pokemon controlled by your opponent. Should Lanturn run low on HP, have Lapras use Thunderbolt on it to heal it.

Other Options

There's always a much easier way to heal and have two Pokemon with Water Absorb Surf away while constantly healing each other. Pairing Lapras with Politoad, Mantine or Vaporeon are examples, as all can learn Surf and all have the Water Absorb. Be wary that your opponent will find this as a free switch in if he/she controls a Pokemon with Water Absorb or Storm Drain. Either way, both tactics are effective with the later double Surfing being easier.

Combo 3: Belly Psych

Condition A

- Have a Pokemon such as Lickilicky, Poliwrath, etc. with Belly Drum.

Condition B

- Have a physical sweeper with Psych Up. Because it's a TM, there are many Pokemon able to abuse this.

Here's how the combo works:

Have the Belly Drummer throw up a Belly Drum, and have its partner use Psych Up to copy the maxed out Attack level. You'll instantly have a devastatingly destructive physical powerhouse in one turn, able to storm the field of anything that gets in its way.

Other Options

If the HP cut from Belly Drum turns you off, then you can always substitute it for Swords Dance, but that'll take longer to set up, while the Belly Drum set takes but one turn to do.

Combo 4: Ninjask Psych Pass

Condition A

- Have a Ninjask with Protect, Swords Dance, and Baton Pass. The Last move's a filler.

- Equip Ninjask with the Focus Sash

Condition B

- Have a physical sweeper with Psych Up.

Condition C

- Have a party Pokemon in waiting as a physical sweeper.

Here's how the combo works:

Have Ninjask use Protect the first turn, allowing it a free Speed Boost. During its next turn, use Swords Dance to double its Attack, if it's attacked, Focus Sash will help it survive. During the third turn, use one more Protect for one more Speed Boost. Then for the fourth turn, have it use Baton Pass on the party physical sweeper in waiting to pass its stat changes. When the new Pokemon is brought out have the Psych Up Pokemon use Psych Up to copy the new Pokemon's stat changes, giving you two really fast offensive threats.

Other Options

Yanmega can also be used, but it can't learn Swords Dance, and you'll have to rely on Double Team, or hope that the 10% stat boost hax from Ancientpower kicks in to Pass to the waiting Pokemon. Other than that, Ninjask's the best bet for this setup. Also, this strategy takes a while to setup, meaning it can grant your opponent time to set themselves up as well. Also, should Ninjask get attacked by both opponents, the Focus Sash wouldn't help then, ruining the strategy. Also, you can always have the Psych Up Pokemon wait in the sidelines as to prevent it from being ganged up on, only sending it out when the Ninjask successfully Baton Passes to the waiting Pokemon. You can also have a Pokemon, like Clefable, use Follow Me to give Ninjask support in stat boosting by drawing the opponent's moves to the said Follow Me user. Regardless, pulling this strategy off is tricky, but the payoff is rather great when it does become successful.

Combo 5: Regi Rampage

Conditions A:

- First Pokemon you'll need is a Sceptile. Make sure it has a beneficial Nature for its Speed such as Jolly, Timid, Hasty, etc.

- For this next part, it requires breeding. Make sure that the said Sceptile has the move, Worry Seed. It can be bred onto it from a Venusaur, so it shouldn't be difficult to obtain.

- Next, make sure the Sceptile has as high an IV for Speed as possible and shove 252 EVs into its Speed, that way, there'd be only a handful of Pokemon that could outrun it. The idea is to allow Sceptile to fire off Worry Seed before the opponents can make a move. On that note, it wouldn't hurt to give Sceptile as high a Attack/Sp. Attack IV as possible (depending on what Sceptile you're aiming for), that way, if it survives, it can use whatever time it has on the field to attack the opponents.

- Note that Worry Seed can also be useful for negating the opponent's abilities (save for Slaking), and is a fantastic way to heavily cripple stallers who are reliant on Rest to heal.

- Lastly, the item you can give Sceptile is Brightpowder. It may not be much, but it can prove useful, as it also has a chance of protecting its partner from the opponent's moves. Focus Sash also works too, in case there's that Pokemon that comes in and outruns it in an attempt to take it out before Worry Seed's launched.

Conditions B

- The second Pokemon, as the name of the combo suggests, is Regigigas.

- Although not needed, I'll list the recommended Natures anyway: Adamant for more power, or Jolly to outrun fellow 100 base speedsters running neutral Natures or possibly outrunning fellow 100 base speedsters running speed-boosting Natures, provided Regigigas's Speed IV is higher.

- Return and Earthquake are obvious moves to give it for powerful attacks. Some weird people choose Crush Grip over Return, but in the long run, Return is far superior. For a third move, you can give it one of the three elemental punches. Ice Punch for the ever common Dragons, Fire Punch for Bronzong and Skarmory, or Thunderpunch for bulky waters, such as Milotic. For the last move, I tend to go with Thunder Wave; it acts as a nasty surprise to your opponent and can quickly shut down Pokemon faster than Regigigas, plus it's my favorite status move (Will-O-Wisp being a close second).

- For an item, I prefer a Liechi Berry. Salac Berries are nice, but since Regigigas will run rampant with Thunder Wave (provided you chose to teach it that move), a Salac Berry is hardly necessary. A Liechi Berry will give Regigigas's already mammoth Attack an even higher kick, allowing the titan to rampage even harder before it finally goes down. Half the time, however, Regigigas would remain alive long enough to sweep a doubles team.

Here's how the combo works:

At the start of the match, have Sceptile use Worry Seed on your own Regigigas. This will replace its Slow Start with Insomnia, allowing it to rampage without having to wait out the 5 turns. Note that during the first turn, Regigigas will move depending on its Speed before Worry Seed was used, even though its Attack and Speed will return to normal after the use of Worry Seed, meaning it'll make its first move as if its Speed was still halved. Thankfully, its Attack isn't affected the same way as its Speed. As soon as Worry Seed's launched, simply rampage to and fro with Regigigas and watch it storm the field. If Regigigas is taken down succesfully, send out late game sweepers to clean up whatever mess the titan left behind. That's the basic gist of the combo.

Other Options

Rather than Thunder Wave, you're free to give Regigigas another offensive move, but you'll be at risk being taken down by much faster threats in the long run. Another option, for those who are not in favor of Sceptile, is the use of Gastro Acid (learned by most Poison-Types, Shuckle, Cradily, and the obligatory Smeargle). However, there are some problems with that; all Pokemon who learns Gastro Acid are slow, and risks being taken down before launching Gastro Acid. Another thing is that Gastro Acid negates Slow Start completely (which is still the idea), while Worry Seed replaces it with Insomnia, not only negating Slow Start, but granting Regigigas a convenient Sleep immunity. One important thing to note is that Slow Start, like Shedinja's Wonder Guard, is unaffected by Skill Swap, so don't think about relying on Alakazam for Skill Swapping.
