Vulpix, Evee, Growlithe, and Ponyta = Firestone
Pikachu and Evee = Thunderstone
Nidorino, Nidorina, Clefairy and Jigglypuff = Moonstone
Shellder, Poliwhirl, and Evee = Waterstone
Oddish, Execcute and Gloom = Leafstone
You can buy the Fire, Thunder, Water, and Leaf stones in Celadon City in the shopping centre. There are two Moonstones in Mt. Moon as well as wild Clefairy might be holding one. There is one in Team Rocket's hideout below the game corner in Celadon City. Then there is one on the ground floor in the Pokemon Masion in Cinnabar, just go to the first pile of rocks on the Left and hit A on the second small one to find it. There are probably more Pokemon that can be evolved with stones but that's all I can think of right now.
