What are all the secret achievements in black ops?
The related link on Call of Duty Black Ops lists all Achievements and Trophies I only know 2 of them. One of it is called See me, Shoot me, Heal me. To get this achievement, you need to get the Ballistic Knife and upgrade it in any of the zombie maps in Black ops. Then, you have to shoot it at a downed ally and he/she will be revived. The other one is called Just Ask Me Nicely and to get this acheivement you need to press R2 and L2(Dont know the ones for Xbox 360) repeatedly at the screen where you choose which mode you want to play(Campaign, Multiplayer, etc.) Your character will then go off the chair and you will get the achievement.
