I'm not sure if you're trying to complete your Sinnoh Dex to obtain the National Dex, or If you're trying to complete your national Dex, so I'll list both with the sinnoh dex being first and national dex second.TO COMPLETE THE SINNOH DEX#115 - RioluTo get Riolu you have to go to Iron Island via Canalave City (talk to the sailor near the boat). Once on Iron Island you will see a house and a cave. I don't remember if you have to talk to the person in the house before helping someone through the cave, but I would advise you do.#146 - Uxie*Acuity Cavern is where you need to be. The Cavern is located in the middle of Lake Acuity (oddly enough) which is just west of Snowpoint City.#147 - Mesprit*This member of the Psychic Trio roams Sinnoh, so you have to run around looking for it.
