How do you get the Pokemon 115 146 147 148 149 on Pokemon pearl for your national dex?

I'm not sure if you're trying to complete your Sinnoh Dex to obtain the National Dex, or If you're trying to complete your national Dex, so I'll list both with the sinnoh dex being first and national dex second.

TO COMPLETE THE SINNOH DEX

#115 - Riolu

To get Riolu you have to go to Iron Island via Canalave City (talk to the sailor near the boat). Once on Iron Island you will see a house and a cave. I don't remember if you have to talk to the person in the house before helping someone through the cave, but I would advise you do.

#146 - Uxie*

Acuity Cavern is where you need to be. The Cavern is located in the middle of Lake Acuity (oddly enough) which is just west of Snowpoint City.

#147 - Mesprit*

This member of the Psychic Trio roams Sinnoh, so you have to run around looking for it. I would advise that you: A) paralyse it, put it to sleep or freeze it (DO NOT BURN IT OR POISON IT), B) DO NOT USE YOUR MASTER BALL ON MESPRIT, save it for Arceus.

#148 - Azelf*

Same situation as Uxie, except this time you want to go to Valor Cavern.

#149 - Dialga

You will have to trade with someone who has Diamond version, as Palkia and Dialga are the two version mascots.

TO COMPLETE THE NATIONAL DEX

#115 - Kangaskhan

You can find these in the Great Marsh in Pastoria Town on rare occasions.

#146 - Moltres

You will have to have FireRed or LeafGreen and will need to migrate.

#147 - Dratini

Can be found by fishing with the super rod while fishing in the waterfall inside Mt Coronet. By fishing in the waterfall I mean when you are at the top or bottom you need to face the waterfall and use the rod.

#148 - Dragonair

See above. Much rarer than Dratini

#149 - Dragonite

Evlove Dragonair.

*You need to complete a side quest. You will have to go to Canalave Library (North-western-most building) after doing something else (I think it's getting Palkia, but I'm not 100% certain, you will be contacted by Professor Rowan, May/Lucas, and your rival when it's time to go there).
