First you need to fly to Green Valley cause the town doesn't save on the flight list... head towards the Safari Zone if u reach water you've gone too far. Once ur at the Safari Zone just head down from there and sooner or later you should stumble along the town called Tabuli town. There is a gym somewhere in that town. For the 8th just go to that same town again and walk through it go till you see a house and a cave (if u need HM dive go in house) the cave leads into the city where the next gym is.
