If you save up enough wish tokens you can get one at the wish factory. Also, in the W-Shop they sell a few. Occasionally, you will see one at the Curio Shop, but the best way is to trade for one in the Clubhouse Trading Rooms. However, to trade you will need something good to give them. Good Luck!
