I do. Quite a lot of kids and teenagers play. A few adults (who started playing Toontown because of their kids) play too. I have two accounts. My highest on both are 115 and 108 :)

Anyone can join a party even non members, but if you are not a member you can not host a party. Sometimes when you can not join parties, it is probably too full or toontown is updating or has not yet have parties
Toontown what is the best place to find the devil ray?
Lots of people say devil ray fish are found in donald dreamland and its true. But theres another place you can find it. In toontown central too. These fish are very rare so i suggest you use the Twig Rod to get a better chance of getting it. Note : look up videos of toontown devil ray found in toontown central, because lots of people catch them in toontown central too. Plus DO NOT post bad comments or saying its fake because they ARE real videos. Good luck trying to get to get devil ray in these locations.
What is better clubpenguin or toontown?
I personally think toontown is better because there are fun tasks unlike clubpenguin you have to solve a riddle or something and on toontown you can just go out of the playground and defeat cogs with gags but you cant do that on clubpenguin and there are better fish in toontown and there is a garden and a lot of houses near your house but on clubpenguin there is just a igloo and on clubpenguin there are no invasions i used to play clubpenguin got a membership i liked it too but when i tried toontown i stoped getting memberships for clubpenguin and started playing toontown more but that's just my opinion you people might like clubpenguin better
