Click Sims 3 Seasons. 4. Scroll down until you find mistletoe. You can also purchase mistletoe at the winter festival by redeeming festival tickets at the concession stand. Once you make the purchase, mistletoe can be found in the family inventory in Buy Mode.
The Sims 3 Seasons is only available for Microsoft Windows and OS X, so it would be impossible to play it on a PS3.
