actually, you cannot find a wild dragonite. However, you can get a dratini or a dragonair. Both in which you can find by Surfing at the Dragon's Den. A dratini evolves into dragonair at level 30. Then finally into dragonite at level 55.
you also can go to goldenrod city and play in the gamehouse if you have 2100 points you can get a dratini from level 15
at levl 73 hope i helped!
Any Dragon-type really. But it must be in it's final evolution. Ex. Dragonite Garchomp

Dragonite is a dragon / flying type Pokemon.
No Dragonite is not a legendary, but it is a pseudo-legendary.
to get dragonite you have to evolve dragonair at lvl 55. that's the only way to get dragonite.

To get Dragonite, you have to evolve it from Dragonair at Level 55. You can also trade it at the trading centre in Goldenrod city. Hope that helped!

Dragonite is not a legendary Pokemon only because it evolves. The dragonite evolves for a dratinti, then to a dragonair, and finally it evolves in to a dragonite. I hope that this can come in handy for every one else as it did for me.
The Pokemon character Drago is not a Dragonite not a Dragonair. A Dragonite is a type of flying dragon Pokemon that evolves from a Dragonair when the character reaches level 55.
at level 55 in dragonite (note: dragonite is a pseudo legendary pokemon.)
