Pokemon Ruby was only created for Gameboy advance. There is NO possible way to get it on your mobile phone, but I have to ask. . . WHERE DID YOU GET THE IDEA FROM?!
Dude its totally possible...i have it...i also have Pokemon crystal for the gb on my phone. You need vbag. Its an emulator that makes it play on almost any phone that's not to old. Do a Google search...you will find it.
