Though, i believe one of the old versions of no$gba did have internet support for the gba portion not the ds, and there is some very -limited- internet support for VBA, and currently no DS emulators have internet play either) so you have to have the original platform for the game to be able to play internet games/access internet content.

If you want to marry Rock you can play Harvest Moon: DS Cute. Which is a different game for the DS. You could also get Harvest Moon: Another Wonderful Life for the Gamecube.
