Who is weaker out of Dialga and Palkia in Pokemon platinum?
Well it really depends on what you are doing and what moves they have. At the moment I have a level 100 Palkia (Moves- Surf, Spatial Rend, Aura Sphere, Earth Power) that is my favourite and the better due to the fact Dialga's level is 88 and the moves i taught are mostly crap (moves- roar of time, earth power, cut, strength). They both do a good job of smashing other Pokemon. I'll get dialga up to level 100 (teach it some good moves) and vs Palkia. I'll get back to you on this one. Yeah I did this and Palkia SMASHED Dialga. But I think it still doesn't matter because you will rarely be versing hard Pokemon.

The rise of darkrai isn't out in Canada yet but can be ordered in English, (and french too I think) online, (eBay, amazon, etc.), the truth is they don't know if they will even release it in Canada!
