Yes you can. To move a sim out simply use a computer or phone. This well bring you to a page where you can choose which sim (s) to move out. On the same page you can click which one you want to make your active house hold. The catch is you can't play both. So when you move them out make sure your done playing them. They well still age and go on with their life though.
