n, a scarab is just a scarab...you cant upgrade it. BUT...if you are playing as the arbitar annd he is fully upgraded, then anything around the arbitar when he is raging gets its power increased.

no there is no good strategy it is how u play remember your style is different then any one else Not entirely true... if your playing the Covenant, Jackels and Hunters are a good team until you can afford better things like Locust, Vampire, and the Scarab. With one Scarab you can own almost anything so i just have 1 Scarab and like 30 Engineers. Needless to say i win easily.
