Not entirely true... if your playing the Covenant, Jackels and Hunters are a good team until you can afford better things like Locust, Vampire, and the Scarab. With one Scarab you can own almost anything so i just have 1 Scarab and like 30 Engineers. Needless to say i win easily.

it depends on what you like, Halo 3 is a first person shooter while Halo Wars is a Real Time Strategy (like Age of Empires or Warcarft) personally i think Halo 3 is better, the only reason i play Halo Wars is to see another view of the Halo universe.
