You can fight the Super Scarab, but you cannot play as the super scarab. You can only play as a normal scarab as a covenant. However, on the level beachead, if you go to the flood-infested area, you can have a sparatn hijack a unmanned scarab. This Scarab is labeled as "Super Scarab", but that is a error By Ensemble studios in scripting, because the unmanned Scarab is the same as a regular scarab, if not weaker. Lol you sould CAN NOT PASS IT

How do you get past the level 7 on halo wars?
First, Add turrents to your base (the covenant start to attack later). Then Make Scorpions with the Special attack ability, and cobras if you want to (the Super scarab could be considered a building, and the Cobra's deploy mode is effecient against buildings). Leave the Rhinos at base, and send evreyone else to go find all of the nodes scattered across the map. try to stay near the edge of the map. Once you destroy all of the nodes around the edge, start searching for the nodes near the Super Scarab. The Nodes give energy to the Super Scarab, so the Super Scarab's head should be much slower now. Once all of the nodes are defeated, send all of your units to the side that the Super Scarab's head is moving away from, and start attacking the Super Scarab. When the Super Scarab's head is close to your units, send each unit at a time across the beam. The Super Scarab cannot fire at all of your units, so moving each unit across at a time is more effecient. Remember to use the Spirit of Fire'sMAC cannons and your Rhino's and Cobras to make the Super Scarab's death quicker. Use Special Attacks whenever you can. You cannot build air units in this level, so don't try. Tips: Follow the edge of the map on the right side of your base to lots of supply boxes and the black box You can also use marines, but they tend to die quicker against the locusts, covenant infantry, ect. If the Super Scarab destroys the temple ruins, or whatever is separating your base from the Super Scarab, you will have a hard time. The super Scarab's "scanning" Beam is white, so that passsing over the barrier is fine. But the red "lock on" beam on the barrier means that the Super Scarab's beam fire on the barrier. The red beam only fires when the Super Scarab finds one of your units in its scan beam. If you move the unit behind the barrier while the Super Scarab is locked on to it, the Super Scarab will most likely fire on the barrier.
