Well, after you defeat the gym leader, you head back to Jublife City. Then, you head upwards. Professor Rowan and Lucas will be with a couple of Galatic Grunts. Fight and Defeat them with Lucas in a double battle. They will leave, both the Grunts and the Professor and Lucas. Keep going straight for awhile, go through a cave, which involves Rock Smash. Then you will be at the next city/town: Floroma Town.
