It wont let me install sims 3 world adventures?

probaly because its an expansion pack. Your gonna need sims 3 first.

I know it domb lol . I've been through that, i had sims 3 animations and then it told me i need sims 3 game! i was heated! (which happend today on chrismas lol )

You must install the update before you install the Sims 3 World Adventures Expansion Pack. Install the update by going to your Sims 3 Game Launcher and clicking on the " Game Updates" tab.

Why wont your sims 2 package file open?

If it's a .package file, you don't "open" it - just place it in the downloads folder. Documents/Sims 2/Downloads. Only the other type needs to be double-clicked to install.
