The Sims University WILL actually work on the Sims 2 Deluxe. I have those two games and when you go into a town at the top theres like a blue box with icons in it. You click the icon that says The Sims 2 University and then It will ask you to add it to that town.
it is just a file that sims in the sportstar profession can make on teams that they may be playing. Your sim will only receive this as an opportunity and you wont even really have to do anything - so don't worry too much.

well to open the window you need to press shift-ctrl-cif it doesnt open your doin something wrong

Maybe your computer is slow, it has a virus, or something is wrong with the mp3.

Real Sims 2 custom content must be installed. as an add in to the game. when you download the file the icon should be a dark blue circle with a light blue person inside it. You must execute this file just like an installation file to add the content into the game.

If your file opens in another program you can right click your file and choose open with. Choose WordPad and make it default if you wish. If the file wont open in WordPad at all it's most likely a file-type not supported by WordPad. You might need additional software or convert the file to a supported type.

You cannot just download the 15kb torrent file and expect it to work. You must have a bittorrent client such as uTorrent and use that to open the torrent file. the torrent itself will then download to the location you tell it to. you can download uTorrent off download.com or its own website.
as far as i know, the only solution is to delete the file and start from scratch.
