I don't think that you understand that becoming a super saiyan is not a simple matter of powering up (then there would be A LOT of super saiyans running around), it is a transformation that only saiyans are capable of. True, upon powering up, Uub does gain some SSJ attributes, but that's it, and it is probably a coincidence. If anything, it has to do with the powering up itself and not some pseudo-SSJ thing. I don't mean to be rude, but Uub cannot turn into a SSJ.
