Trunks does NOT have a girlfriend in Dragon Ball Z. He actually died after the Cell Games. However, I do not know if he gains a girlfriend in Dragon Ball GT or any of the other Dragon Ball series. But I am positive that Trunks does not have a girlfriend in DBZ.
