Is there a wondermail to save yourself in Pokemon Mystery Dungeon?

yes and no. if you die and accept to wait to be rescue, then go down to friend rescue on start screen and select get help/rescued. then select SOS mail and select accept after clicking the job shown. it will give you a pass if you accept to do it through password. you cant use it on yourself though so its kind of a waiting game unless you know some one who plays the game as well. if you post the passs on here some one will eventually rescue you.
