you don't get magma storm Pokemon learn it by getting to certain level check on serebii.net to find what Pokemon do learn by doing this then getting on the attackdex and clicking on the buttons that lead to fire type moves and click magma storm and it will show you a large or small list of Pokemon and how they learn the move
Look at the compatibility list on the Pcsx2 emulator on the top menu bar were it says help. It will give you a list of what games can run and what can not.
