No Only PC, PS3 & Xbox 360 and just like Call of Duty World at War the last Treyarch game with Zombies the Nintendo games do not get map packs.

There is information about the next Call of Duty Black Ops Xbox 360 Map Pack available for May 3 2011 release Called Escalation and if the Wii were going to get the First Strike Map Pack the information would be available
