For the newest maps like Moon, you have to buy the Resurrection pack. It`s for sale at GameStop for about 14 bucks
You do not unlock maps that you have not paid for a maps pack for. Those maps that must be purchased first are everything except Kino Der Toten, "Five", Dead Ops Arcade. Only "Fiveand Dead Ops Arcade can be unlocked for the PS3 PC and Xbox 360 Platforms
