If you download and install a modded launcher such as Technic Launcher you might be able to find a modpack that includes Minecraft Comes Alive. Other than that there isn't any way.
You first need to download a JRE. Usually this is Sun Java. Just search Google for Sun JRE 1.7 and click the link to download it, once that's installed you need to get the technic launcher from their website then run it. You can choose Tekkit Classic from the drop down box in the top right corner of the technic launcher window.
