I think the only good thing about skitty is assist. Its baiscally giving skitty a lot more moves. I once did a playthrough with skitty once but I used tm's to teach five other pokemon moves or moves they learned on their own but I never used the pokemon. Now I have a skitty with three moves and assist giving me 20more moves.
Skitty is good but its not really that amazing.But is really good for contests.
