So far i have heard of a way to make it rain or snow. my brother says it is because i always life in Moonlight Bay, but i think we need TS3 Seasons for rain or snow on the Xbox 360. If i find something on how to do it without TS3 Seasons, i will edit this. Hope u or me find it! sorry i could be of no help. :(
